Data Protection

Declaration on the Information Obligation
(Privacy Policy)

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process your data exclusively based on the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this information on data privacy protection, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.

Again, your data will only be used for the mentioned purpose. Your data will not be processed further - e.g. for advertising purposes.

Your data will not be used by us or our partners for advertising purposes. They are only used for statistical purposes and are deleted after 12 months.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are placed on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies, so that you have the option of allowing this only for individual cases.
If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web Analysis
We use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic. The data gained from this is used to optimise our website and advertising activities.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes website usage data on our behalf and is contractually obligated to take measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.
During your visit to our website, the following data, among others, is recorded:
  • visited pages
  • The achievement of "website goals"
  • Your behaviour on the pages (e.g. length of stay, clicks, etc.)
  • Your approximate location (country and city)
  • Your IP address (in shortened form, so that no clear allocation is possible)
  • Technical information such as browser, internet provider, terminal device and screen resolution
  • Source of origin of your visit (i.e. via which website or advertising material you came to us)
This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google follows the data protection regulations of the "EU-US Privacy Shield" agreement.
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years following your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that allows us to recognise you on future visits to our website.
The recorded data is stored along with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.
If you do not agree to the collection of data, you can prevent this locally on your PC by installing the Browser-add-on for deactivating Google Analytics. If you download and install the software, you are using software that is not owned or administered by us. We therefore accept no liability whatsoever for any damage (hardware or software) that may occur to your devices.

The data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our services and our online presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
The user data is stored for a period of 12 months.

Your Rights
Regarding your data stored by us, you are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can contact us [datenschutz@innradweg.com] or the data protection authority to voice your concerns.
