The route leads alongside the Inn River, and is almost only flat or slightly downhill. You will need to master several ascents from the 4. day onwards, but can also enjoy some lovely descents. You mainly ride on cycle paths and side streets with little traffic, most of which are paved (several short sections on moderately travelled streets).
