Neuburg am Inn

Situated in the wildly romantic Inn Valley, Neuburg am Inn is just outside the historic “City of Three rivers” - Passau. From here there are connections to the international network of cycle paths in the Inn, Rott and Danube valleys.
Worth seeing is the Mariensteg, which connects the municipality of Neuburg with Wernstein on the Austrian side. For sports enthusiasts, the "Unterer Inn" running and exercise park with varying degrees of difficulty extends across the municipalities of Neuburg, Neuhaus, Passau and Wernstein.
Neuburg am Inn is home to the only five-towered castle in southern Germany. Its ceremonial halls, the castle chapel and the castle park with its baroque garden are just as worth seeing as the district gallery with its constantly changing exhibitions.
